Had my 3 grand kids in a class and they had the best time of their life. Can’t wait to go back.

We really enjoy the fast paced nature and the limited downtime and the additional skills learned.It does seem like the sessions always reach a bottle neck around the ropes/ring area and kids stand around a lot. Class sizes also seem to be getting bigger which is not helping keep kids moving.

Celeste loves attending KidStrong classes. All coaches are attentive and supportive of her progress and abilities.

I do wish that the coaches were able to show correct way to do activities to the kids - sometimes they have a hard time keeping up with the kids

It is a great program for kids. The program gives kids a way to build confidence, build team work and work on fitness all in one class.

They are very patient with Audrey and go above and beyond to assist and help. She has excelled greatly with the coaches! Thank you!
