After one trial class I can say I’m absolutely impressed.

One of the main reasons is the way they made not only me but my daughter who is very very shy and doesn’t open up very much so comfortable throughout the whole class. There was nothing but positivity smiles laughs, and a lot of fun. Everything I had heard in Red Regarding kids strong was absolutely true if not more. I would highly recommend kids strong in Westborough to anyone and ask for the staff. Absolutely amazing welcoming you at the door before the class and making sure you leave with a smile at the end of class.

Kidstrong is an excellent fitness and leadership program for children that is executed well by offering a variety of physical activities for children to build their strength as well as their confidence and leadership skills.

My son loves kidstrong! He enjoys the class structure and all the cool obstacle courses. There is also great social skill lessons that are implemented into classes which are beneficial and well taught!
