My son had a great time and he has a disability and it didn’t impede him… the coaches worked well with him, for the most part. It’s a bit of a learning curve but they were great.

We started KidStrong about 6 months ago and both of my kids love it! They practice their affirmations and a lot of their moves off the blue floor too! It has built their confidence and their coordinations!

The Coaches are very nice! They seem to care about the students. The programming has changed and is teaching new fitness skills while having fun.
