Great supportive coaches, fast paced, fun for our kids!

This review is for my 2 and a half year old daughter who started KidStrong a little while after my oldest who is 7 started. My two year old has come a long way I think, I remember the first few months when we joined were really rough during class, she wasn’t really interested yet and didn’t care for the routine, she loved the coaches and her friends but I think she wasn’t ready yet and that’s okay they might not be. During the time of deciding if KidStrong was the right choice for her we were going through a lot of financial issues and family problems and I can’t even explain how much Stephanie and the coaches were there for me and my family. They helped us out so much by making a plan that worked for me while I took my two year old out of class for a little break for a few months. My oldest continued going through this time and once things settled down at home I was able to take my 2 year old back and it’s a whole different experience for her. It’s a second home to my kids and the both my kids have made really good relationships with the coaches but when they’re little like 2/3 it’s really sweet to see how well the coaches do with the little ones, the big hugs, praise and always knowing that each kid is their own personality and I know how hard that is in a class full of crazy little ones and overwhelmed parents. We really do appreciate everyone and the center itself.

The coaches are great and really motivate my son. Plus the courses are fun and different each time!

It’s excellent, no complaints!

Well coached. Keeps the kids busy and interested. Kids want to do better to get the rewards.

Coach Laura and Coach Richie are wonderful leaders who are enthusiastic and dialed-in to the needs of their class participants. The are encouraging and wear their status as Coaches proudly, and it shows.

My son loves his time at Gymnastics and it’s helping with his confidence!

My son has struggled to be accepted or included in sports or other outside of school activities, We were immediately greeted and welcomed and felt accepted it was truly very appreciated to be welcomed that way. I definitely would recommend this to a parent with a child or children with adhd, this is a friendly space and I am very impressed.

I thought the class format was great! Kept kids active and having fun the whole time. Love the tv screen for the kids to do puzzles while the coaches rearrange the obstacles

We have loved the switch from little gym to kidstrong and love the emphasis on confidence and the handshakes at the beginning.
