I really appreciate the way they approach kids, it’ s a great opportunity for us parents having the kind of activity kidstrong offers.

My son had a great time and he has a disability and it didn’t impede him… the coaches worked well with him, for the most part. It’s a bit of a learning curve but they were great.

KidStrong has helped Lucca be more confident, making his own decisions, making more friends, not only at KidStrong classes but in school, playground etc..

We started KidStrong about 6 months ago and both of my kids love it! They practice their affirmations and a lot of their moves off the blue floor too! It has built their confidence and their coordinations!

We went to KidsStrong for a trial class last Saturday and my kids were so warmly welcomed! They loved the coaches, and I really appreciated how effective and kind the communication was with everyone there. The way they received and treated my children was wonderful. I highly recommend it to anyone!
