My son is very shy and introverted. However, in his first ever class he was very excited and had so much fun joining in all the activities and exercises. He loved it so much, he asked if he could go back the next day!

For kids this is a great program. The kids all had fun the pace was great the brain training was awesome very interactive for parents as well. Highly recommend!
