It’s a very fun, very active experience—spectacular for young children.

KidStrong has significantly helped my son grow his confidence! He is unafraid to approach new people and friends as well as new activities! He has learned to listen to coaches and work as a team with his peers. This was the first program he has ever participated in and it has been great!

The class size is the right amount, the coaches are fun but direct when they need to be. So much time can be wasted on correcting 1or 2 kids and that just doesn’t happen at KidStrong, the students respect and listen to the coaches. My son has gained so much confidence and better technique on skills. He thoroughly enjoys it. And I love how you can easily rebook for another night of the week if there is a scheduling conflict.

This has been a fantastic experience for my daughter! Not only does she love the activities, but is learning what it means to work towards and accomplish something as she ranks up in classes. She has also come out of her shell, and is more confident t speaking up in front of groups of people. The employees here are absolutely incredible as well.

It’s a great opportunity for children to start thinking and being active in a healthy lifestyle while also learning other very valuable life skills, such as problem solving, teamwork, etc.
