Just what she needed.physical challenge and team environment sorta! She is introverted and struggles with large groups but she’s also competitive. It pushes her just right!

My daughter loved her first class and can’t wait to go back! It was very active and exciting! I am interested to see how it changes weekly and watch her grow!

We've been here 2 times and both times my kids were interacting, smiling, having fun all while working out

The coaches were so encouraging. My son was anxious for his first class, has ASD/sensory processing difficulties and they were so understanding and met him where he currently is.

I liked how structured class format was. Dead time or transition time between activities was minimized.

My husband took our son for his class yesterday and was very impressed with everything. He liked the confidence building incorporated throughout the class and felt that it set KidStrong apart from other local gymnastics/kids development programs we’ve participated in the area previously.

I really appreciate the patience that all the staff have while working with each child. I love the energy that the staff have to keep the children motivated in doing the exercises. My girls ages 7 & 6 love the classes that they have attended and are eagerly looking forward to the next one.

The staff is amazing! This sets the program apart and makes it an incredible experience for myself as a parent and most importantly for Declan. The values being instilled as well as the well thought out sessions creates an environment that challenges and molds my son in a very important way!

Based on our first session, it was cool to see the kids work on so many different skills in such a short amount of time. The session is very fast paced, but the kids had multiple opportunities for water breaks while working on different concentration games. It was nice to see the kids work on tasks independently, but then also as a whole group and in partners. I also liked how the classes started with positive affirmations and ended the same so the kids started off and left with a positive mindset!

My son was happy and said he had a great time. To me that is all that matters
