My daughter really enjoys all of the different exercises and games they play during class. She has so much energy and it's nice for her to have a group of kids just as excited to get it out as she is. She really likes the coaches and how they are all really nice.

The staff and coaches are kind and knowledgeable! I love having a space to bring my son where he can learn life (and social-emotional) skills with peers his age.

KidStrong Wilmington is a unique program combining the teaching of important life skills and team building activities. Not only do the kids have a ton of fun but learn something new or build on current social skills. The team is friendly and knowledgeable. The facility is clean and safe. This program for kids checks all the boxes for parents.

I highly rate KidStrong because they offer a unique service that as a local I have yet to see here in Wilmington; and it came at a time our son needed it most.
