KidStrong is a great program for children physically, mentally, and socially. Coaches are great and are well trained to work with kids.

The coaches and staff at Kidstrong are professional, motivating, engaging, organized, and supportive. The entire operation is well-organized with coaches and staff who have outstanding follow-through (which makes all the difference!) We were very happy to commit to the 6 months program after our first trial session. We appreciate the uplifting atmosphere where kids feel encouraged to learn and thrive!

Love this place and I can see how my son is benefiting from the weekly class with him stepping out his comfort zone. He loves his coaches!

Excellent attitude towards children, friendly staff. One thing I don't think is right in relation to children aged 8+ is that after each intense exercise, the children immediately sit down and wait until the next exercise.

It has many benefits for children. I love that it gets them speaking in front of others. It also gives them a healthy feel for competition which I also really like. Coaches at this location were awesome, very soft and encouraging.
