From the moment we arrived, I loved the communication; I really appreciated the sense of security they provided and the positive energy they shared with us. My family and I enjoyed it so much, and my son was thrilled with the experience. I hope they keep it up!

Great activities, amazing staff.

My son was instantly excited when we walked through the door. He’s really active and I think the coaches did a great job encouraging his excitement and participation while encouraging him to follow directions and rules to stay safe

Love the program for all 3 of my kids, great facility and staff

They are very patient and helpful with my son who is autistic. They still include him, help him complete the work out and cheer him on still even when he’s not fully following the instructions.

First trial, my kid love it. It is amazing. All coaches are wonderful, helping my kid along the way. We will be back soon. 🥰🥰

Since starting KidStrong 2 months ago, our son(2) has become more confident and brave. Even taking medicine, if you tell him he is “strong, brave and can do this”, he will now take it no problem. He gets so excited to see his coaches (shoutout to coach Mila for being so encouraging while also challenging him to focus or try something again).
