We've always had wonderful coaches, but our kiddo has had the most amazing connection with coach Mitch and we feel lucky to have him there! I love that my wild child has a place to constructively use his energy, paired with social and character lessons we've been able to see him, and help him, use outside of class.

The quality of the classes and activities is well planned and coordinated accordingly to the children’s age. Friendly staff and well located.

KidStrong has been wonderful for my grandson, helping him channel his energy, learn to listen and follow directions, and play cooperatively. The coaches are so good at encouraging the kids and gently guiding.

The staff and Coaches sre really great . My daughter had a really fun time and excellent experience. I just wish they offered more classes in a week.

We love the growth we’ve seen in our children because of KidStrong. There have been difficult situations and some instructors have caused us to change classes; however, we really love how much our children enjoy KidStrong!
