Kind staff, variety of activity to keep kids interested

Coach Mitch, Coach G & Coach Chase have taught my son’s class and I appreciate their patience and understanding with the kids and their range of emotions. A big plus is also being able to schedule make up classes. Flexibility is much needed when you have small kids.

KIDSTRONG helps build social skills, body awareness, physicality and overall confidence. Everyday I ask my daughter what her favorite part of the day was, and every single day she says KIDSTRONG. She talks about her coaches, and her friends from class. It’s a great exercise for her and for me and we incorporate the activities at home as well
