The classes were a little crowded, but only on some days

My kid loves KS, the only thing we’d prefer is a little more coach intervention when the kids aren’t following the course correctly instead of relying on the parents only.

Parent surveys -Owners/Higher Ups - validate coaches ideas, manageable class sizes for the small area, have 2 coaches on each side at all times, KidStrong shirts should be included in membership

Our son loves every session - we commute over 40 minutes just to attend because it's the best experience for kid focused exercise we've seen in the Twin Cities.

The coaches especially coach Mitch takes extra time and care with my son Aiden particularly on days he has more difficulty understanding the directions or is having symptoms of his Anxiety. They make it fun and engaging and give the kids space when they need it even if that means they don't fully participate in the activity being done. The expectations are personalized by the kid not just a similar expectation due to the kids age and class. I would say most for the patients, understanding, and engagement with each kid in the class they meet the kid where they ate for their individual needs and abilities. The coaches have a great energy and really seem.to enjoy what they do. I have not found this level of patients, understanding and care in other programs even ones geared and so called for.kids with special needs. They took the time.to place my child with the correct coaches for his needs.
