The coaches especially coach Mitch takes extra time and care with my son Aiden particularly on days he has more difficulty understanding the directions or is having symptoms of his Anxiety. They make it fun and engaging and give the kids space when they need it even if that means they don't fully participate in the activity being done. The expectations are personalized by the kid not just a similar expectation due to the kids age and class. I would say most for the patients, understanding, and engagement with each kid in the class they meet the kid where they ate for their individual needs and abilities. The coaches have a great energy and really seem.to enjoy what they do. I have not found this level of patients, understanding and care in other programs even ones geared and so called for.kids with special needs. They took the time.to place my child with the correct coaches for his needs.

Friendly atmosphere and staff! Great variety of workouts and activities for kids. Love the new responsibilities given to the kids to help the coaches.

I think if there was better variety during the week. Also separation of ages even further. My son's class was 5-7 and that is a HUGE range of abilities, mental capacity, attention span, you name it. It should really be individual ages until around 8/9 when kids kinda even out. The app migration was also a nightmare and it was a pain that I had to use 2 separate emails for my kids.
