The coach’s are friendly, the facility is clean and staff is always welcoming!

Kids love it. Not only my child but I can tell that the other children really enjoys the classes. It is impressive that the coaches memorizes so many of the children’s names.Communication with staff can be improved. I also believe that all staff members, coaches, etc. should have knowledge of the memberships and should be able to answer basic membership questions.

Maggie loves Kid Strong. The coaches are very kind, patient, and always answer Maggie's questions.

The only reason I did 4 stars on things was because I had an issue with our account and asked multiple coaches to switch us to a different reoccurring day and time and it never went through properly and I was missing credits from missed classes that weren’t showing on my account. All of which I finally got sorted out yesterday. So ask me again in a month and I will have all 5 stars. My only feedback for KIDSTRONG (which I understand is a challenging problem to solve for many reasons) is that we would love to see a male and female paired as coaches for each class. Our daughter is far more receptive to women and takes a long time to warm up to male coaches which impacts her experience in the class
