For the most part the staff is wonderful, throughout my whole stay I ran across one staff member who wasn't pleasant and they addressed that immediately. Lynn, Linda and Debbie as charge nurses are very attentive and hands on with patient care. The wound care team is great, they are very personable and professional at what they do. I love Dr. Sadiq, she makes me feel very comforting and cares a lot about her patients. Dr. Sashi is a good doctor, she is always encouraging me to get better. The dietary staff are very friendly when they come in to deliver my meals. Jose from the housekeeping team, is by far the friendliest person I have run into. If I find myself in need of hospital services, I will be sure to come back here!

My arrival was smooth and welcoming by the staff, everyone treated me with kindness and respect. This is my second time coming to kindred southwest and I will always come back if need be. I enjoy the rehab services provide, my nurses and techs are very attentive to my needs. The ambassador program is great, they listen to you and report any concerns or questions you may have. The team here treats me like I'm family, this really helps me because my family is far away. I have enjoyed the care I have received by the nurses and techs. The rehab team is very professional is very cautious of my wound. I enjoy my experience going to HBO, the staff down there are excellent. I really enjoy having an ambassador come visit me daily, it gives me a chance to express any care related issues I may have. I would recommend Kindred Southwest in a heartbeat.
