Delores is a peach!

Delores was great at getting us set up with 2 storage units. She is very efficient and helpful. Housekeeping in the hallways could be improved - I had to sweep up debris in front of my units. The elevator door opens and closes several times before finally shutting because the elevator's safety or mechanical systems are detecting a problem during the closing cycle. It is either a sensor malfunction or an obstruction. The elevator is dirty, so it may be as simple as a dirty infrared scanning light sensor or debris in the tracks.

I stored excess seasonal and furniture items until I could move my belongings closer to my new home out of state

Clean well-lighted facility that is easy to access. The elevator has some problems at times, but that's ok if you are patient.

The store manager was extremely helpful when I called her and solved a problem related to moving my belongings there

Staff is great and would highly recommend this storage facility to anybody looking to keep their belongings in a safe clean place.

Delores took care of all my concerns in-person, she was great and has a lot of experience and knowledge. The facility is clean, easy to move things because of the carts provided, and the key card is a nice touch. Just very happy overall. I actually have already recommended to a friend who is using the facility next door. Thanks Delores!
