Overall the experience was good and served its purpose. The people were very friendly and helpful during the check in and checking out. The price in creases over the almost year and half would have driven me out eventually however

I am overall satisfied with my experience. It was a bit difficult to communicate with the office at times, but overall I am pleased.

Because the lady that connected me about my storage not being paid even though I emptied it before my due date was very unprofessional she was also rude I when I say unprofessional I mean very unprofessional

The lady that helped us last weekend was so friendly and informative. Made the check in super easy and she was thorough with the ins and outs of the property.

Staff was nice but that’s pretty much the only good thing I have to say. Standing in the elevator watching the doors try to close over and over is frustrating. No bathroom for customers is also a huge negative. No dumpster access, terrible “courtesy carts” that love to fall apart.. and there’s no way to prop open the doors to get things in and out which makes “self” storage basically impossible unless you’re only storing things that can be easily carried.. so many frustrating things about my experience with this location. My card key also stopped working a couple of times, thankfully during office hours..
