Everything was goodStoring baby gear and daughter is pregnant again so all things are needed.

Never received confirmation email to close out account / rental. Spoke with site manager on phone, who continued to speak over me, and offer to drive up to get a copy. Abruptly told no need. Email sent (again I stated and confirm no such email has been received). Previous two site managers (both men however, I don’t recall their names) took the time to LISTEN, and then assist the customer.No longer needed and the price continues to increase…with no apparent reason other than because u can…which was not the case before expansion started. Price was not the primary reason…but it played a part considering the cost at other locations for non-climate control units. Even with the military discount.

Krimmel Self Storage has to be the best storage facility I've ever been a part of. Military 27 years, I've seen my share of storage. If there's anything I'd change, allow the lights to stay on inside the buildings when movement is detected. Don't make the people in the rear of the bldg have to walk to the front every 15 min. Lol.That's the only thing, if anything. Thank you! Security is the 💣. They have motion sensors in their units that give you texts if there's movement in your unit. I've never had an issue.Moved my furniture to my property.
