Very good first impression. My dental hygienist did a terrific job in cleaning my teeth and was very thorough.

The environment was welcoming, and the staff were friendly and professional. All of my questions were answered, and I was provided with all the information I needed during my appointment. I left with a clear understanding of what needed to be done and what the next steps would be.

The day of my appointment they contacted to inform me that I could check in early and do to this being my 1st appointment it would take longer than a usual visit. The staff was very friendly and the technician talked about what was going on during the cleaning.

Stephanie was great at helping me get my account fixed and scheduled due to errors and poor treatment from the Harborview location.Sheila was a fabulous hygienist- I don’t think I’ve ever had such a thorough exam, cleaning and X-rays in all my life like she did yesterday. Dr. Garcia was very nice, soft spoken and listened to me and my concerns. All in all I’m very happy with my visit.

Temporary crown was mishaped and was irrating my gums but couldn't be seen for 1 week and half later.

Everyone was very nice and pleasant. They made me feel very comfortable. I have anxiety about dentist offices but from my first encounter with the receptionist to the last it was a good experience. Thank you all so much for your patience.
