Absolutely a nickel and dime cash grab. We were upscaled at every possible opportunity. "You need lazer, this toothpaste, this rince. Fluoride? That's extra." My spouse got the EXACT same procedure on the SAME DAY and the office tried to charge me $30 more....and the financial people couldn't tell us why.

I had a great experience with my hygienist and doctor, but when I went to check out with the billing department, I was told I had to pay for the entire treatment out of service because I was still within the 6 month window of my previous appointment. This appointment was scheduled by the dentist office on my previous appointment, I did not make any changes to the appointment. It was disappointing to have to pay out of pocket for a discrepancy that was out of my control.

The services rendered were excellent as always. Sheila is the best as well as the doctor’s visit and input.It appears the office process has changed to include another person. I was unaware when the assistant appeared to escort me to the cleaning area. A short introduction would have sufficed.This extra person at the front and end of my appointment gave me a feeling of being tossed during my visit. You lose the sense of connection and relationship with this extra person.

Dr Tara Nath was great and did a great job with my teeth, and Dental Assistant Kim was also great she did a great job and gave me great info for taking care of my teeth. My only complaint is they keep billing me on a free cleaning, I paid you my last cleaning when it supposed to be free and you stated you except my insurance and you stated it should have been no charge but you didn’t give me my money back, so I waited this time 10 months before my next cleaning which was in December 2025 and

The female employee at the front desk was rude and not polite, respectful, or friendly. We requested to speak with the office manager and she stated that doctor is not available. Then we requested to speak to the office manager and she stated that she was off for the day. The Front desk person seems very lazy and we get the impression that she didn't want to get out of her chair. Her supervisor needs to speak to her about her attitude. Please have someone call me about this matter.

My daughter’s experience at this dental office experience was a bad one because she was informed that she was not gonna get numb before getting a a tooth drilled down, and my daughter stated that she was already in pain prior to getting the procedure done. This type of behavior is just not necessary and just because she didn’t feel that it was necessary to provide numbing medicine. Doesn’t mean that my daughter didn’t need it. She should’ve at least offered..

The hygienist kept purposely dropping her instruments on my chest. I didn't appreciate it at all. I was offered the mouthwash, but returned it to the receptionist. I got home and got a text about my bill being $35. I called and left a message, but no one has called me back.
