A new patient to the practice. I was billed $50 for a “comprehensive” exam. It was explained “because the dr came in”. I am researching this charge with my insurance. I have NEVER been charged for a cleaning or exam by a dentist even as a new patient. Then extra charges for oral cancer screening. I asked to be billed and was told “they don’t do billing and it will be sent to collections”. Practice seems to be monetary focused instead of patient focus. Poor patient care.

The dental hygienist was incredibly friendly and took the time to explain the details of my appointment and the results of my x-rays, gum measurements, and other tests. The doctor was also very friendly and attentive.

I had a great experience! Otella, Jamey and Dr. Pearl were great and saw me through the whole process! I've never felt so comfortable at the dentist office!
