The doctor, and hygienist, and office staff were very thorough, informative, and repetitive. I appreciate the value of learning what is happening with my oral health while being able to make executive decisions of what my next steps are best.

Dr. Schwan wanted me to go to an oral surgeon to extract a tooth under a bridge without discussing or making any provision for saving the other anchor tooth by placing a temporary crown on it. Horrifying! Plus they kept me waiting forever for a periodontal exam. All told I was there 90 minutes just for an exam.

Comfortable. Friendly. Thorough. At my last dentist, I would only see her once a year, and she never once checked for enlarged lymph nodes or any abnormalities in my jaw and neck which this dentist did.

I left a message and gave feedback directly to the office. I haven’t heard back.

My appointment was for 8 and I didn’t get called back until 9 after I asked why it was taking so long. Only to find out that I didn’t even have a spot with a hygienist! They were able to work me in after a cancellation, but I didn’t get out of there until just before noon!
