The experience was good though we did have to wait a bit. Staff was friendly and pleasant.

The first 20 minutes of my appointment were not efficient - an assistant took longer than needed to figure out next steps for me as a pregnant patient and bounced back and forth asking relaying “questions”.

Very nice staff, everyone I spoke with was very pleasant and interacted well with patients. Very happy with my visit.

I had to come in person twice to get an appointment for an emergency. During first visit , I was promised to be called and had the appointment scheduled and nothing happened. I had to revisit and enforce to provide an emergency appointment

Absolutely a nickel and dime cash grab. We were upscaled at every possible opportunity. "You need lazer, this toothpaste, this rince. Fluoride? That's extra." My spouse got the EXACT same procedure on the SAME DAY and the office tried to charge me $30 more....and the financial people couldn't tell us why.

I had a great experience with my hygienist and doctor, but when I went to check out with the billing department, I was told I had to pay for the entire treatment out of service because I was still within the 6 month window of my previous appointment. This appointment was scheduled by the dentist office on my previous appointment, I did not make any changes to the appointment. It was disappointing to have to pay out of pocket for a discrepancy that was out of my control.
