I was so nervous and all the associates from start to finish were kind, approachable, and understanding. I have already recommended you to multiple friends as I had my son’s baseball game right after my appointment. Thank you for not judging me, making me feel at ease and being so kind.

The experience was good though we did have to wait a bit. Staff was friendly and pleasant.

The first 20 minutes of my appointment were not efficient - an assistant took longer than needed to figure out next steps for me as a pregnant patient and bounced back and forth asking relaying “questions”.

I had to come in person twice to get an appointment for an emergency. During first visit , I was promised to be called and had the appointment scheduled and nothing happened. I had to revisit and enforce to provide an emergency appointment

Absolutely a nickel and dime cash grab. We were upscaled at every possible opportunity. "You need lazer, this toothpaste, this rince. Fluoride? That's extra." My spouse got the EXACT same procedure on the SAME DAY and the office tried to charge me $30 more....and the financial people couldn't tell us why.
