I got thru it but on edge …After examine very frustrated and confused of all the issues and work needs to be done….Dont think I can handle it…My first visit doesn’t decide if I recommend someone it’s after that and the care I receive..You need to reword that…..

I brought my daughter in for an exam due to being concerned about one of her front teeth turning black. Dr James and her assistant (sorry didnt get her name) were very professional and compassionate toward her care. They provided courteous and gentle treatment as well as a trip to the treasure chest afterwards. Thank you!

This is the one and only time I had difficulty scheduling an appointment. I called several times and left messages requesting a call back to schedule an appointment for a replacement for my partial. Fortunately this wasn't a condition that caused me pain.THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I'VE EVER HAD TO CALL AND LEAVE MESSAGES AND NOT HAVE THEM RETURNED IN A TIMELY MATTER. I LEFT 3 MESSAGES.

The staff were great. It would be helpful if maybe more info was given to the staff before the visit. I went into my appointment thinking the staff were aware that my crown was missing and I wanted it replaced. Instead my visit was them realizing a new crown had to be made. I also didn’t know there was an insurance rule about how often a crown can be fixed. Maybe something like asking me to give that info before the appointment, could help prevent unnecessary extra waiting time.

It was for deep cleaning and the person was very sensitive to how it was effecting me.. I really appreciated how she handled something that was so hard for me.
