when we first started going to the Grassfield office, there was a warm, friendly make eye contact, wish you a good day, call you by name receptionist. Now, she has been replaced the past year or so by a no personality never look at you or care receptionist. On another note, it was a year in between my cleanings due to an insurance mix up, the Konikoff staff having an attitude of i was lying or too stupid to know if I have insurance..I love Dr. Bozeman, but....

My tooth hurt so bad that they got me in quick. Dr Rahman facilitated that despite him being off. Dr James took over that day and quickly found out what the problem is. Prescribed meds and referred me to a specialist.

All staff was efficient and friendly during my cleaning. I appreciate them removing unnecessary procedures from my record.

We scheduled our next visit but it’s not until November when 6 months should be Aug. I believe the hygienist put us on the cancelation list but how does that really work? When it’s Aug do I just call everyday?
