The visit was a 5 star as the hygienist and dentist were great. My dental insurance changed this year and I called 5 times and left voicemails starting in January with no response. Finally I was called the day before and Jordan (very nice and competent) verified that my insurance was accepted.

Not happy with whoever cleaned my teeth she did a horrible job and never want here cleaning my teeth againI expected ulta sonic cleaning ,did not get, I expected fluoride, did not get

The last 2 appts I've made, I have struggled to get through the phone. I call multiple times a day and leave messages but they are not returned. I'm sure it's a glitch since staff is always friendly and attentive, but it has become very inconvenient and frustrating and I've seen other patients have similar experiences through Chesapeake moms FB group. I had to go in office to schedule the last time. I thought it would be good to share in case you all are unaware of the phone issue.

I also sent my daughter in to be seen - she was told she had multiple fillings needing replacement but somehow it was missed that she needed a double root canal on her front teeth. Three days after being seen she had an abscess so painful she could hardly function. I also was told I needed multiple fillings replaced but somehow no one noticed a cracked crown I pointed out multiple times and was told no, that's not a crown it's a filling... finally my crown broke.

My wife and I have been coming there for about two years and every time we have had with your billing department by smiting to the insurance company,right now I’m going through that problem again and it’s because of not billing right now I received a collection notice for 154.00 dollars that according to the billing supervisor was submitted wrong this is becoming a big problem thanks Henry Turner
