Very good customer service!!

Wish I had known that I wouldn't be receiving a cleaning on first visit. First time ever going to a dentist initially and not getting around to a cleaning. Was disappointed by this, but I tealize this is the trend in dentistry to start with more lucrative procedures.

Very friendly staff from the very beginning

I have an extremely anxious response to dental offices and everyone here made me feel so welcomed and cared for! They took my anxiety seriously and even provided options to help alleviate my anxiety. Not once did I feel judged for my dental history. I was taken back within minutes of checking in. Everyone was amazing to interact with and gave me the best experience I've ever had at a dental office!

The visit was a 5 star as the hygienist and dentist were great. My dental insurance changed this year and I called 5 times and left voicemails starting in January with no response. Finally I was called the day before and Jordan (very nice and competent) verified that my insurance was accepted.
