To be honest, I was literally shocked at how long this appointment took. My appt was at 430. Was called back around 5pm and did not get out of there until 630. I just had X-rays and a consult. Not even a cleaning. Is it normally like this? I had to tell them I needed to leave and that I couldn’t wait any longer.

My permanently installed front cap was ripped out of my mouth by a tray of pink goo and nobody seemed to care! It hurt like hell and the dental assistant just laughed and said, “oh, don’t worry about that, it happens all the time! I can fix it!” She didn’t even tell Dr. Maniwang what happened. I saw stars it was so painful!!
