Every appointment time we’ve had has behind schedule by 30 min which is very inconvenient.

We are running a few minutes late and thankfully the people behind us were there. So they just swapped us and it worked out great. Darn traffic. I appreciate them being so accommodating!

Always have a good experience

I wasn’t told any part of the procedure. I went in for fillings and didn’t even know which teeth were impacted. The dentist whispered things to the hygienist so I couldn’t hear. I wasn’t spoken to at all during the procedure other than being told “you have a small mouth” three separate times.
