cleaning felt rushed this time. My teeth did not feel clean when I left even though the fluoride was on. They were not polished, I felt that part of my mouth was missed both for scraping the tarter and flossing. I didn’t get a choice of fluoride flavor or even appointment date or time. They just scheduled it and gave it to me. Service really has gone downhill. Dr. Macklin is the only reason I am staying around.

When I scheduled the appointment, I was told I could be seen in Suffolk. Later I was told I needed to drive over an hour to VB. I verified (SPECIFICALLY) that you would accept United medical insurance for the OSA device. An hour into the appointment, I was told I needed to pay out of pocket and beg my insurance company to reimburse me.

The staff and doctor are very professional and helpful. They made me feel very comfortable. My procedure took 2 hours. Dr. Maniwang and staff were punctual. Dr's work was amazing. I did not feel a thing. My teeth turned out perfect.I was pleasantly surprised with the outcome.
