I evidently got lost after check in. Sat for 40 minutes with no contact from anyone. I went to desk to ask what was the problem and found out I wasn’t on Drs schedule. Then the young lady I saw after my visit said I owed $50.00. She didn’t know why but that was in my chart. I said I hadn’t received a bill an she said it was mailed on January 31. I have yet to get anything in the mail a today is February 26th. What is the problem in your office?

First, let me say, this visit was to correct, (adjust a previous filling job). The adjustment was done to my satisfaction, she then handed me the remainder of the 1oz tube of gel she applied which I had not asked for. On my way out I was instructed to wait at the front desk where I was given a bill of $38.00!If I had any idea I would be charged for the gel, I would have refused. Especially at that price!!!

The scheduler consistently tells us she will put us on a wait list for earlier appointments. This time, she admitted that she made a note but never put me on the list. This office has too many patients, and scheduling is impossible for our family of four. Rather than getting appointments 6 months later, we are now at 8-10 months. Time for us to find a new dental practice, unfortunately.
