Front desk staff when checking in wasn’t very friendly. Hygienist seemed cold but she warmed up. The treatment rooms did not look very clean. Splatter was on the tv and walls and the counter didn’t appear clean. Trash was full to the top and coming out of the hole in the counter

Every thing has been ok just taking so long to get my permanent Dentures, which should’ve been a year has been over a year

I’ve had appointments canceled in the past. I really needed a cleaning. I spoke with the receptionist twice. I don’t receive email or text about my appointments.

My family have been patients of Konikoff for years. My husband, daughter and myself have usually seen Carly as our hygienist. She’s always pleasant and does a good job. Recently all three of us have had scheduled appointments that have been canceled and never reassigned to a new date. I called recently because originally we were told we would not be able to be seen until sometime in late summer, Well over our normal every 6 month cleaning. Took over 30 minutes for dentist to complete the visit.

The staff is always great and I always enjoy my experience when I'm there. The only issue I've had is scheduling. I've had to push out my past 2 appointments well past 6 months. I realize this is due to a shortage of hygienists, but I wanted to share my experience. Thank you.

My experience at the clinic and with my appointment itself was very positive, but I was shocked that even scheduling my next routine cleaning at the time of my appointment (ie 6 months ahead), the soonest I could be scheduled for the next available appointment was more than 9 months out. I had never been to a dentist that couldn’t even accommodate a basic scheduling requirement like that, it makes me wonder if you all have too many patients

Assistant kept stabbing me with suction tool on the skin covering my jaw bone. My skin is raw there even the day after.

The experience was great.
