My first visit was very pleasant. The only problem was that your computer system did not capture all the pre-visit information I submitted.

I came for a CLEANING, nothing else was ever mentioned. I did not expect to be forced to pay for x-rays & a consultation. And despite my paying, the results of these were never discussed with me.Even more alarming, when I questioned the charges, rather than being adjusted lower, they came back even higher!Finally, what is the point of putting a drain in my mouth during cleaning when it never reaches where the fluids pool, forcing me to swallow them?

My appointment was rescheduled several before I was able to secure an appointment at a time that was not the most convenient.

I made an appointment with a specific provider and I did not see that provider. After waiting for an appointment for a check up and cleaning, I did not get the cleaning and was told I now have a five month wait
