I had a very pleasant experience. The staff was friendly from the moment I arrived until I left. Everything was explained step by step.

I had to wait 8 months from my last cleaning to get this cleaning appt. Then the next one will be in 11 months. I know there is a shortage of staff.I really have enjoyed this practice. However, I live in VA Beach, and I retired from work on College Dr. That and because of the extensive wait for a cleaning appointment, I am transferring to the Konikoff on Shore Dr. No reflection on the Suffuk practice but I really need to be able to get my teeth cleaned more than once a year.

I was very surprised the Konikoff did not use in office CEREC crown generating machines. I will not be using them in the future for crowns.

They cancelled my appointment the first time, and then I had to call and reschedule the next appointment myself. Then they canceled my wife's appointment, and scheduled it out a year later. This is unacceptable.

The staff was all very nice. I appreciated how they handled my anxiety and explained everything to me.

My experience was very good. I recived excellance care everything was explained to about my up coming dental process to take place in the next appointments
