I was under the impression that yesterday's service was included in the estimate. I was extremely upset when I had to pay another 70$ I have to come back to have the dentures that were ordered and did not fit correctly replaced. I hope that there will be no charge.

Arrived 15 mins before my appt time as requested by the multiple text reminders. Waiting in the hygienist office for 20 minutes before being seen.Additionally, at my previous appt I had ordered replacement retainers and paid for them up front. Over 6 months later, I showed up for my next cleaning and to pick up my retainers, I was told they couldn't order them. I would expect a phone call soon after ordering them to let me know that the order couldn't be place and to refund me right away.

The past two visits, I have waited 40-60 minutes before seeing my hygienist. Then I feel like I had to rush her because I have obligations. Therefore, my cleanings don’t feel thorough.

Dr Abbas was wonderful as always ! He made sure my dentures and implants were both properly adjusted . He is such a good dentist !

The visit went well. Dental hygienist.was excellent. Upon paying and being told they didn't give change for cash payment you have to have exact amount was inconvenience. Having to leave and go get exact change and bring back the payment was very inconvenient and time consuming. Using a credit card you are charged a fee. This no proving change needs to be changed. Spoke to business Manager and she seem unconcerned about the situation.

The staff is so helpful, each time l visit the dental office, they are just waiting in expectation to help and serve all that comes thru the door 💯

I had a crown that had fallen and it was cemented back in my mouth. Great job! I also asked to fix my bite from a new bridge that Dr Sweeting placed a few months ago. She worked on it and my bite is normal again. I was very pleased!
