Wait times are long due to staffing at that location

The whole office is incredible unorganized. I was required to book one appointment for “ consult only” and then a second appointment for cleaning due to “ the dentist leaving the practice”. This was my first impression with this dental office. My experience was pretty horrible all around. Incredible unprofessional, I should have listened to the reviews!

The staff was friendly and provided answers to all of my questions. They were also flexible and accommodating to my concerns and requests for follow on visits.

Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. They really took the time to look after me on my initial visit. I'll definitely be back and I recommended this clinic to my wife as well.

The staff was friendly but this is not a good practice for a young child. We will be going to a pediatric dentist for our next visit.
