Always professional and courteous

This is just my personal opinion, but I absolutely hate the new BioFilm cleaning treatment. I’m not sure whether I have to have that because of My Invisalign or not, but I absolutely hate it. I felt like I was being run through a car wash the entire time, water flying out of my mouth, it didn’t taste minty and teeth didn’t feel clean like the regular treatment.

I had Sabrina. She was nice, but just a little awkward. I declined the X-rays at this visit and then I overheard her talking in the other room with the other staff about me declining X-rays. She comes back and tells me she can’t clean my teeth unless I get the X-rays.No explanation why. So I reluctantly accept. She proceeds to clean my teeth, but throughout she’s bumping my head and arm multiple times. For the flossing, she wasn’t able to get to the back so I flossed my own teeth.

Very good care

I've always enjoyed coming in for my cleanings. Short wait time. I was concerned about another appt. I had at 1pm, but I had time to spare. My only complaint would be the rocks at the entry door. Being partially disabled I have to use a walker/rollator. Just that small section made it difficult to get in the door.

if you don't take the appointment given or need to reschedule it is 6-9 months before you can come back.
