I was very apprehensive to see the dentist but the dentist and her assistant made me feel at ease, such kind caring and understanding people.

The staff was wonderful and very professional. It feels like they are trying very hard to sell Invisalign.

My experience with Konikoff Dentistry has been positive so far. The information I found about the practice — including their dental education materials, office details, and many positive reviews — helped me make an informed decision when choosing a new dentist.The office itself is clean, well‑maintained, and has a friendly atmosphere. The receptionist was welcoming and helpful, and the dental assistant was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer my questions and explain each step of the process.As a new patient, I felt comfortable with the dentist, who addressed my emergency concerns and provided a clear care plan for my upcoming appointments. In the past, I’ve had some bad experiences with dental offices, so finding a place where I feel heard and supported means a lot. Based on my first impression, I’m willing to give Konikoff Dental Services a chance and continue my care with them.

I have noticed when I go to check out the front desk staff overlook me to wait on someone of a different race. This is the second time this has happened, so I feel that your front desk staff are racist. I will not be returning to your office .

Always professional and courteous

This is just my personal opinion, but I absolutely hate the new BioFilm cleaning treatment. I’m not sure whether I have to have that because of My Invisalign or not, but I absolutely hate it. I felt like I was being run through a car wash the entire time, water flying out of my mouth, it didn’t taste minty and teeth didn’t feel clean like the regular treatment.

I had Sabrina. She was nice, but just a little awkward. I declined the X-rays at this visit and then I overheard her talking in the other room with the other staff about me declining X-rays. She comes back and tells me she can’t clean my teeth unless I get the X-rays.No explanation why. So I reluctantly accept. She proceeds to clean my teeth, but throughout she’s bumping my head and arm multiple times. For the flossing, she wasn’t able to get to the back so I flossed my own teeth.
