Not particularly fond of dentist visits, but this visit was by far an awesome experience. Tyra, Melissa and Dr. Jeff were wonderful. Very friendly, professional and made me feel at ease and comfortable the whole time in the chair. Each one took the time to explain what they were going to do before doing it.. I went in to the visit, feeling anxious and a bit nervous, but they all made me feel very comfortable. Looking forward to my next visit!!

Both the dental nurse and the dentist were incredibly warm, welcoming, and so easy to talk to, even though it was my very first visit! They listened to all of my concerns with genuine empathy and answered every single one of my questions with a smile🙂. . I am so incredibly happy that I chose Konikoff Dental! My experience with this particular office was absolutely wonderful! I first took the wrong exit on the way to my emergency visit which caused me to be almost 30 minutes late having to fight Lynnhaven traffic and not knowing where I was going and they were still willing to fit me in, each staff member that I dealt with was efficient and we’re empathetic with me, which put me right at ease. Then once I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Stock and his hygienist, I could not have been happier with their service, personalities, outcome of the procedure and our plan for the next steps! By the time I left there, I was taken care of, and 100% comfortable with the decision I made I come into this office. Thank you 1 million times over!!

Everybody I came into contact with was incredibly kind, patient and understanding. I wish I could remember everybody's names so they could be properly recognized. Dr. Christian answered all of my questions, gave great advice and didn't make me feel bad for the state my teeth are in. I've had pretty bad experiences at the dentists office in the past but I think I can trust him. I am grateful the woman who helped me check out didn't judge me for crying at her cubicle over the pricing because I never thought I would be able to afford getting my teeth fixed. All in all ot was a great dirst experience. Thank you.
