Stacey is the absolute best there is. She is both technically excellent, thorough, and gentle. Dr. Miranda has outstanding patient skill and the best dentist I have seen in my 67 years.

I spoke with Miami when I checked out on Thurs 3/19. I asked her to email me a copy of the invoice for the services that I had received, as well as the photo (not xray) of my cracked tooth. I have yet to receive either of those via email. I am also waiting for an email of the quote how much the crown will go thru insurance, and how much I would owe. The hygienist / cleaning portion of my appointment was 5 stars, but the billing / insurance side brings the overall, down to a 3

Last year (over a year ago) i came down with Covid, I cancelled my appointment out of respect for the staff's health. When i got better i started calling for an appointment. I left several messages. It wasnt until last week after being on hold for 45 minutes i decided to just show up to schedule an appointment.I told all this to the scheduler and her reply was " im only 1 person and i get 80 calls a day. Financially the office lost 1 year of my appointments or 2 cleanings, 2 check ups, xrays.
