There was a scheduling discrepancy with my appointment. After attending an incorrect appointment, I realized I needed to return to the primary office. I explained the situation to the administrative staff at the front desk, who demonstrated exceptional professionalism. They were able to accommodate me for an earlier consultation with the physician than anticipated. I am extremely pleased that I visited the office on my way home; the outcome was highly satisfactory.

My experience was good. The front desk was helpful. Dr. Christian and his assistants were kind, patient, professional and understanding. He also made sure I was comfortable and answered all my questions

Staffing. They do not return calls and they do not answer calls. When I came into the office to reschedule they said no one was available to reschedule me and this was at 3:10 on a Wednesday afternoon. I complained to my hygienist and my dentist. They assured me they would have someone call the next morning. That was 13 days ago. No call back and I’ve called and left a message since. Extremely disappointing. I don’t think anyone should be treated that way. I will be looking for a new dentist.

Having issues with multiple appointments being cancelled multiple times. The hygenist said this is an on going issue with your new scheduling system with no way to resolve it I've had to reschedule multiple times this year and have little confidence that my scheduled appointments for the rest of the year will remain scheduled.

Calling to set an appointment is a nightmare!!!! No one ever answers the phone so the message says leave your name and number. I did this for FIVE days straight and never received a call back.

I tried calling multiple times and left voicemail attempting to reschedule my cleaning. I never received a return call. I had to call the shore dr location to get in touch. They weren't able to get in touch with you either I don't know if the phone wasn't working or what but it was concerning. I worry about how to get in touch with you on an emergent situation
