After my initial appointment, I called and waited 31 minutes in the queue before I was next. Then it asked me to leave a voice message. I was livid! I called another number and waited 18 minutes for the same result - leave a message. Good way to lose patients and patience.

My cleaning should be able to be scheduled for six months from the appointment, however, I was not offered an appointment until 8 months away stating that was the soonest available.

Very friendly staff. Everyone was lovely. Love the open conversations on price. When I asked if services were covered they told me exactly how much it would cost all while I was in the chair.
