Prior to me getting this appointment setup I had called 2x prior and left messages to the pain I was dealing with and got no response at all. It took my wife calling the General Booth location and getting that manager involved for me to get a call back finally and an appointment. I was able to see Dr. Miranda who took a large piece of cement from gumline that eased a good amount of the pain. This is strike 2 for you all, hoping there won't be another!!!

I called multiple times and left messages. I finally just drove to office and made appointment in person. Not good for customers!

The entire place was very welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable from my time walking in and afterwards. I had a lot of anxiety but they eased it all and were super kind about everything and patient. It looked clean as well and very put together.

I was scheduled for a cleaning in which I did not received. Now I have to wait for another 4 months to be seen. I was changed to a new hygienist in which I did not request.

Dr. Joe & hygienist Joy are fantastic. Every step in my dental care was explained. Joy also recommended good personal dental hygiene practices. They both are personable and make each visit enjoyable!
