When I came in to check in the lady at the front desk did not acknowledge me at all. Granted she was on the phone so I get it but I stood there at least a few minutes. She could have smiled, made eye contact or done anything to acknowledge my presence.The dentist and her team were absolutely amazing. She fixed an issue I have had going on for years not only medically but also made it look fabulous cosmetically. She did a great job!The lady next to the woman who billed me lacks empathy.

Scheduling appointments is very difficult especially if there is a need to reschedule. Can not get through to the scheduler and I left messages and never received a call back to reschedule my appointment so I tried to reschedule while I was in office and I was rushed and made to feel like I was being a bother.

I left a message on Thursday on the main line voicemail and I was told they couldn’t locate my voicemail. The phone system needs to be updated with options of where and which department you are calling for.

Service was very fast, spent more time in the waiting room than i did in the dentist chair and like 4 minutes talking to my doctor. I don’t feel like i got no information about what was going on with my teeth and more what the next steps were to fix my teeth. i just wanna know why my teeth have been hurting and i got how to fux my teeth.

Excellent visit and the dental hygienist was awesome. My teeth were meticulously cleaned and I was informed on how to keep them that way.I was also provided a dental care pack, which helps. Thanks for hostig such a great visit!

Dr Miranda is a great dentist. Friendly and compassionate with his patients. Same with his assistant.

Everyone was nice

Last year I had cleaning and check up only one time because I can’t get an appointment for December. The appointment I got was for February this year. It’s hard to get appointments with you . Please address this problem. Please.
