Staff was wonderful ! The dentist I saw was very nice . Very happy with my experience here

It is by far the best experience at a dentist I have ever had. I am uncomfortable with loud noises and usually neglect to bring it up, however I was made to feel comfortable to voice those concerns among general chatter. I felt I was properly educated on my dental health (which has DEFINITELY not always been the case) and was called exclusively by my preferred name in both the chair and the waiting room.

The facility was extremely clean, the staff were very easy to deal with and extremely efficient.

It was a couple of months before appointment availability. I got in earlier because of cancelation. Once I got in, Dr Joe Dobson and his nurse were excellent.

No one would answer the phone or return my phone call. I left multiple voicemails with no response.I also had confirmed visits with appointment cards that when I arrived was told it was the wrong date.Billing department is a poorly run operation. Billing staff lacks proper training.

New to the area, first appt hard to make.

It was a pleasant experience I especially love my dental hygienist and his assistant
