Just what I was looking for in a professional dental business establishment. I could not be more pleased. Pleasant employees and impressive office.

Everyone was polite, helpful, friendly, professional, and calming*. (I had bad dentist experiences growing up.)

Love this practice. Hygienists and Dr's are outstanding. Serious concerns though surrounding appointment availability and there is not a single person to answer the phone. Communication is a 0. I have to drive there, then wait for a check out person to be available to change an appointment and that is completely unacceptable.

The dental assistant that I had was absolutely wonderful. She was so down to earth and friendly. I forget her name, but she was kind of short had some facial piercings and glasses. She def made me feel comfortable. But.. when Dr Dina Pearl came in, she basically made me feel so bad that I accidentally made two appointments. I was really embarrassed by how she talked to me and said that I just have to call the office to cancel it but when I call the office, I can’t get in touch with hardly anybody. That’s why I made the appointment online. She really had no bedside manners and came across rude to me. I hope next time I come there I could see a different dentist.

Your staff hung up on me , was not helpful, kept me on hold once i called back. Also, did not call me back when i left many voicemails for my appointment.

I had my cleaning done last week Wednesday . At the beginning of the week my crown fell out : I have called and left messages at 416-1400 regarding my situation for 3 days Your phone goes to voicemail : no one has called me back in the last year days of messages left/ I have been a client for over 30 years and am quite disappointed at the customer service level . I would like a call to get my crown put back in place

Kara and dr. Pearl were so kind and informative. My nerves were calmed and it made the experience so much more tolerable.

Everyone was super nice and I got seen quickly and I had a very thorough exam and I’m I’m glad I chose this facility for my dentistry care.

Prior to me getting this appointment setup I had called 2x prior and left messages to the pain I was dealing with and got no response at all. It took my wife calling the General Booth location and getting that manager involved for me to get a call back finally and an appointment. I was able to see Dr. Miranda who took a large piece of cement from gumline that eased a good amount of the pain. This is strike 2 for you all, hoping there won't be another!!!
