Friendly staff, easy to make an appointment and answered all my questions.

I developed an abscess on my lower left tooth. I was concerned because of the discussion of sepsis if you wait too long. . ( That’s how the internet gives the worst possible outcome at times.). So, I immediately called to see if they had an emergency dentist as I am transitioning from one dentist to Konikoff. My appointment for Konikoff wasn’t scheduled until October, soI was amazed and grateful that they had Saturday hours and scheduled me right away. The office staff was very nice and polite and so was Dr. Latta. .

Everyone was very pleasant! Loved my hygienist Courtney. She was very thorough and answered any questions I had. Overall a very great first impression and experience! The only thing I do not like is how hard it is to get an appointment.

Everyone except the person at the front desk was very nice and friendly. I'm used to a smile or overall friendly people when I walk into an establishment for the first time. She did not make me feel welcomed.

As I was going back to the exam room, the hygienist was asking questions about previous health issues and then asked to be excused to talk to someone else. He came back a nd said they wouldn't do the exam without my other two doctors sign off! Surprise!!! I thought that was already in my chart! Got the Forms to give to the doctors but had to reschedule! Wish this could have been resolved before the appointment but that’s life right?
