Had to wait extra thirty minutes to be seen.My appointment was 12:10 and I was seen around 12:40.

I had to re-schedule my appointment due to my infant being sick, and could only be offered a slot 6 months out. When the tech was unable to finish my cleaning during the appointment slot (she was running behind), she asked me to come back the following week to finish the cleaning (even though I had already waited 6mo for that slot and had been 15min early to my scheduled time).
