There was a lot of uncertainty about the treatment I was to receive. I felt quite uneasy, nervous and uncomfortable.

I normally receive dental services at your Cedar Road location; however, because they were fully booked, I scheduled my appointment at this location. During the cleaning of my gums, the dental hygienist chipped my bottom tooth and did not inform me that any damage had occurred.While driving home after the appointment, I noticed that my tongue kept catching on a sharp area on my bottom tooth. Upon checking, I realized that the tooth had been chipped during the cleaning.

Initial visit was good, tooth extracted, I have been in a lot of pain. After 6 days of pain I stopped by for some relief but was told they could help me in two days. I walked out, no thanks for no help to control infection.

I have to return today after I had a filling done. Something dont feel right.

As a solo parent, I also don’t want to have to take my kids everywhere so I get it. I understand that childcare seems easy to seek, but it’s not. I’m in awe at how pathetic this office made me feel yesterday. I’ve had multiple referrals to this office, same situation solo moms. Front desk seen that I had my kids and I would’ve liked to know right then that my kids would have been a problem. Not taken back, then very poorly cared for by whoever it was I encountered.

it’s always a pleasure getting dental work at Konikoff! The dentist, the staff, the assistance all are very personable and very professional.

Prescriptions ordered for the wrong person, havent been able to talk with anyone no response to phone calls.

I had a complication the day before as I wrote a different time than my appointment reminder showed. I called around 415pm the day before, to the number in the text, and was treated terribly. The girl was very short with me, sighed when asked a question, and transferred me while I was in the middle of a sentence asking her something. I continued to call back as the number I was transferred to didn't answer and I just wanted to know what could be done so last minute.
