Came for a lip tie consult, left very satisfied and plan on changing all my daughters dental care for Konikoff

I was late, and they showed me Grace! I left filling empowered as a parent as a mother, and encouraged to keep going and do my very best to maintain my kids health! I really like the environment and how they embrace the parents just as much as the kids!

Thought the dental team could have done a much better job engaging my child and making him feel more comfortable during his first visit. Would suggest offering a toy, playing a silly game, putting on his favorite tv show, or somehow make the kids feel more comfortable getting their teeth cleaned. Appointment felt rushed.

I was so impressed with my first experience at Konikoff kids! The entire staff from the front desk, to the dental hygienist and dentist were so kind and welcoming! I didn’t know what to expect and was nervous since this was my son’s first time and he’s only 1.5 years old and I didn’t know how well he would cooperate. But the reception area was large and he could run around, didn’t have to wait to be seen so was able to go right back and they were patient and accommodating with my wiggly son! Immediately my nerves were eased and the dentist answered ever single question I had. I couldn’t have asked for a better first dentist appointment for my son!

Highest level of professional conduct. Our Dental Tech and Dentist made sure my daughter and I knew what was expected and about to happen so there were no surprises or fear.

Wonderful front office staff. They were so kind and helpful. My daughter was seen and all my questions were answered and I was given the space to ask.
