Everyone was very nice and my son had a great first experience at the dentist

Upon my arrival I found out that the online system did not process all of children’s intake forms. Unfortunately, I had to do one out of 3 manually. I was informed that there is a system error. However, the actual cleaning and visit with the dentist was phenomenal!

The best kids dentist office, full with amazing stuff!

The front desk staff has repeatedly provided incorrect insurance information regarding the timing of my son’s appointments. Despite being proven right during visits on April 21, 2025, and October 13, 2025, I was met with the same dismissive attitude again on April 6, 2026. It is incredibly frustrating to have my experience as a long-term policyholder ignored.The staff needs to be more humble, respect client input, and better understand insurance protocols to avoid these unnecessary conflicts.

This was our first visit that was not on time. Although not an incredibly long wait. More worrisome is a 5 month wait for a follow up appointment for fillings and a cap. We were offered to be put on a cancellation list.

Everyone were very friendly, helpful they explained everything to my grandson so he wouldn’t be scared.. Everyone there were great with all the kids that came in they are the best.
