People were nice, but permission was never asked from the parent to do procedures. We were simply told what to do. Felt very detached and scammy. Will not be returning for care.

And a huge shoutout for your team’s compassion and kindness to my daughter who has selective mutism (an anxiety disorder). You make her feel comfortable every visit, not an easy thing to do, and the respect you show her needs to be recognized - GIVE YOUR TEAM A BONUS!!!!
