The staff was professional. There seemed to be a mix up with my dental records and my son's, as the staff had incorrect information and paperwork for me to complete. That was strange and confusing, but the staff resolved it fairly quickly. The Dentist and the dental hygienist were knowledgeable, patient and friendly towards my child. I would definitely recommend.

Everyone was kind

Everyone was so kind and patient for Kaysen’s first visit/appointment.

The staff was welcoming and listened to all of my concerns. They explained everything thoroughly, answered my questions, and made us feel comfortable throughout the visit. The warm, friendly environment made my toddler’s appointment go very smoothly!

People were nice, but permission was never asked from the parent to do procedures. We were simply told what to do. Felt very detached and scammy. Will not be returning for care.
