Service is great as always. My Advisor Scott Meyers kept me updated on the status of my vehicle. The technician made one small mistake, he forgot to put a new sticker on my windshield. Other than that, I have no complaints.

I am a long-time customer of Toyota of Annapolis having purchased my vehicle from there and having it exclusively serviced at this location for over 12 years. I have always had a great experience. During my last visit, I had a service estimate discrepancy from a previous visit nearly two years ago. I brought the issue to the attention of the General Manager Nigel Hayes and Service Lane Manager Scott Mudd who took time to look into it and provide an explanation. Given the work that was recommended, Assistant Service Manager Jason Dennis saw to it that I was given a loaner vehicle for the day so that I was not inconvenienced by a lengthy wait time. In addition, Jason and the mechanic discovered an issue with a missing shim for my front brakes and took the extra step to see to it that it was corrected. Overall, they each took time to investigate and resolve my issues and concerns which resulted in a great customer experience.

Seamless from valet pickup to Scott M calling with diagnostic results to getting maintenance work done back to valet service returning my car. We’ve been using Koons Toyota for our car for years and always stealth directly with Scott. He’s great, transparent, and always includes a car wash without asking. Because of Koons, we have had our car now 10 years and 155,000 miles with no major repairs! Thank you to Scott and Koons and the Toyota brand.
