Seamless from valet pickup to Scott M calling with diagnostic results to getting maintenance work done back to valet service returning my car. Communication was incredibly poor and the cost was 2.5 times what it would be if I went somewhere else. I have tried to be a loyal customer but I cannot afford the time service takes but mostly the extraordinary cost especially compared to other Toyota dealerships.
