Came in for a specific service. Scott Myers asked questions and explained details about my request. During the visit I received text updates and the wait was decent.

Good attention

Making the service appointment was easy. Service personnel were professional and addressed issues quickly. When a maintenance delay was encountered, Koons provided a loaner. Although body work wasn't the objective of the appointment, Koons had a body representative available who quickly provided a body work estimate thus avoiding another trip.

Easy in for oil change and 20k service and easy out.

Communication could be better. I was taking care of this for my son and would leave messages to call me and would not receive call back. Was told a price on spark plugs were $7.29 each asked how many was told 6. So I confirmed 6 times $7.29 was told yes. When I arrived was told it was $729.95!!! This is ridiculous! The rep knew I was right when I repeated our conversation. I would never have approved the transaction at that price. My son could not and cannot afford it! Neither can I. He lowered it by $300 but still unacceptable! My son bought his vehicle there and has had all his maintenance and work done there. To be treated this way is very disappointing.Signed his Mother helping her son
