Wonderful experience! Jason was very helpful and able to answer all my questions. I had a last minute appointment and they were able to help me out within a timely manner.

I have a leased RAV4 and came in for the 3rd of 5 free service check. My service advisor said I needed a front end alignment despite only 7,000 miles. And someone else said I needed to have the cabin filter changed . My previous cars were a 1986 Celica GTS which I drove for 13 years and a Solara which I drove for 25 years. I never had the front end aligned on either after only 7,000 on a new vehicle.

I had a 11am appointment this past Friday. I arrived a little early and was told that it would take approximately two hours and it took maybe an hour. My service writer is the best.

Overall great EXCEPT we did our 5k service for a new Land Cruiser and they failed to reset the “Maintenance Required” alert. Driving across country and every time you turn on the vehicle, it flashes Maintenance Required which is annoying.

This is the second time it has taken 6+ hours for an oil change. That is ridiculous. If you cannot complete basic appointments in a reasonable time, schedule fewer appointments
