We purchased an extra care contract at considerable expense when we purchased this new vehicle in February 2025. We were led to believe it would cover all care and maintenance service for the three-year coverage period. When I took the car in for its scheduled service, I was told that the care package does not cover what I would consider a routine air conditioning maintenance service, nor does it cover a wheel alignment on a car that has less than 10k miles on it. I am EXTREMELY disappointed in the misleading representation of this care package's coverage. It has clouded my otherwise favorable judgment of your Service Department.

This is the most efficient service department I've ever used. They begin work on your car at the scheduled time. Wait time is minimized and there's no need to bring the car in early or leave it for the day.
