Dropped my car off with a scheduled appointment at 7:30am. I got one text to my work number (they were supposed to contact my cell) with a link to track my car status at 10:30am. Status never changed throughout the day and I tried calling multiple times to check on the status. I called 4x between 3:30-5pm and text with no response. Went to check on my car and they took over 30 minutes to even find the car. Then we were informed the car was not ready. I asked why we hadn’t received an update and no one could give us an answer. The next day when the manager called I asked if the car had been worked on at all yesterday and he said “they brought it in really late” which I took as a no. I asked why if I had an appointment and he said appointments don’t mean that they start the work then, just that it holds a spot for your car. I asked again why no one contacted us yesterday to even tell us the car wouldn’t be ready and he said he don’t know but it was unacceptable and was going to look in to it. I would have given less stars if the manager did not TRY to make things right.

Wife and I had a super simple experience she knew what she wanted and they worked with us to get her her ford explorer the way she wanted.

Service maanager Jay was very helpfull in arranging a ride for me after it was determine the truck needed to stay over night. When service was completed hhe notified me the very next day as promised. Jay can be reliable to get the job done....

Jay Stewart was the ultimate professional, from providing the Lyft to providing updates throughout the service of my vehicle. What puts his customer service over the top for me, is how he treats his customers and the fact that he actually remembers a detail or two about them and their vehicle. That's awesome.Walter Harris
