My experience was less than satisfactory! I brought my 2024 Ford Maverick hybrid in to have an issue fixed and diagnosed.When I scheduled the service it was with the option to wait and have it later. When I got to the dealership I was told I had to leave it and they may gat to it by Tuesday! I was provided no transportation and was forced to rent a car to get back home. I’m did my research on the issue with my car an asked them to check the most recent Ford updates regarding why my truck continues to go into deep sleep mode! They did nothing and it shows due to the blank list of items checked on the service invoice.they are very inexperienced in this ongoing issue and shows that my appointment was a complete cost to me and waste of time!

I had my Ford Edge serviced at Koons. I have four Fords and have always had their routine maintenance and repairs done at Koons. Jay Stewart and team do an outstanding job with all my cars. They are thorough, efficient and professional. I highly recommend Koons Ford for all automotive needs!

My appt was at 12:45 pm. I was in and out pretty much. I received a lyft home and Maiya was on point. She got me situated before I left and contacted me about additional services needed. It was seamless.

Lilly is my service advisor. She is alway attentive quick to respond and usually gets our cars in and out in a timely manner. She’s friendly and easy to work with. Definitely the best service I have ever worked with. I run a fleet of 37 vehicles and she helps make maintenance easy.
